Warranty & Return Policy

LIMITED 1-YEAR WARRANTY

At RSBWheels, every custom forged wheel is manufactured according to the vehicle and specifications provided by the customer. We stand behind the structural quality of our wheels and provide a 1-year limited warranty from the date of delivery to the original purchaser.

This warranty covers manufacturing-related structural defects in the wheel, subject to the terms and exclusions outlined below.

If a wheel is determined to have a valid manufacturing defect covered under this warranty, RSB Wheels may, at its discretion, repair or replace the affected wheel. Replacement will be limited to the defective wheel or component and does not automatically include replacement of the complete set.

Installation, tire mounting/dismounting, balancing, alignment, transportation, storage, and other associated costs are not covered unless specifically approved by RSB Wheels.

What Is Not Covered

The warranty does not cover damage or defects resulting from:

  1. Accidents, collisions, potholes, curbs, road hazards, abuse, neglect, or improper use.

  2. Improper installation, mounting, balancing, or tire fitment.

  3. Use of an incorrect tire size or vehicle fitment.

  4. Exceeding the recommended wheel or vehicle weight capacity.

  5. Any modification, drilling, re-drilling, machining, welding, or structural alteration performed after delivery.

  6. Wheels that have been refinished, repaired, powder-coated, painted, polished, or otherwise altered outside of RSBWheels or an authorized facility.

  7. Damage caused by harsh, abrasive, acidic, or unsuitable cleaning products or chemicals.

  8. Normal wear and tear, scratches, curb rash, chips, stains, or other cosmetic damage caused during use.

  9. Damage caused during racing, track days, drag racing, drifting, competition, or other motorsport activities.

  10. Corrosion, discoloration, or finish deterioration caused by improper maintenance, environmental exposure, road salt, chemicals, or neglect.

  11. Damage resulting from improper vehicle suspension, alignment, or other vehicle-related issues.

  12. Any wheel that has been subjected to unauthorized structural or cosmetic modifications.

RSB Wheels are designed for normal road use. Track, racing, competition, or other motorsport use is not covered under this warranty and may void the warranty.

HOW TO MAKE A WARRANTY CLAIM

If you believe your wheel has a defect covered by this warranty, please contact us before sending anything back.

Customers must provide:

  • Order number or proof of purchase

  • Photos and/or videos showing the issue

  • Vehicle and wheel information

  • A description of the problem

After reviewing the information, RSBWheels will determine whether the issue qualifies for warranty inspection.

If we request the wheel to be returned, it must be properly packaged to prevent damage during transportation. RSB Wheels is not responsible for damage caused by inadequate packaging or improper return shipping.

If the inspection confirms a manufacturing defect covered by this warranty, RSBWheels will repair or replace the affected wheel at our discretion.

If the issue is determined to be caused by misuse, accident, improper installation, modification, road damage, or another condition excluded from this warranty, the customer will be responsible for applicable repair and return shipping costs.

Warranty coverage is available only to the original purchaser and is not transferable.


RETURN & REFUND POLICY

RSB Wheels specializes in custom-made forged wheels. Each order is manufactured specifically according to the customer's vehicle, fitment, size, finish, design, and other selected specifications.

Because these products are custom-built and cannot normally be resold as standard inventory:

Custom orders cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged simply because the customer changes their mind, selects different specifications, or does not like the appearance after production.

Before manufacturing begins, RSB Wheels may confirm important specifications such as:

  • Vehicle year, make, and model

  • Wheel diameter and width

  • Offset

  • Bolt pattern

  • Center bore

  • Brake clearance requirements

  • Finish and color

  • Wheel design

  • Other customer-provided fitment requirements

Customers are responsible for providing accurate vehicle and fitment information. RSB Wheels may assist with fitment recommendations, but the customer remains responsible for confirming that the information supplied is correct.

Incorrect or Defective Orders

If RSB Wheels sends a wheel that is defective or manufactured incorrectly due to an error on our part, please contact us as soon as possible with photographs and order details.

After verification, RSB Wheels may repair or replace the affected wheel. If the issue is confirmed to be our manufacturing or fulfillment error, we will work with the customer regarding the appropriate return shipping arrangements.

ORDER CANCELLATION

Because our forged wheels are custom manufactured, cancellation may not be possible once production or customization has started.

Once manufacturing has started, the order may no longer be eligible for cancellation or refund.


IMPORTANT

By placing an order with RSB Wheels, the customer acknowledges that the wheels are custom-made products manufactured according to the specifications provided and approved by the customer.

Customers should retain their original/OEM wheels whenever possible in case a warranty inspection or repair is required. RSB Wheels is not responsible for vehicle downtime, rental vehicles, storage charges, tire-related costs, installation costs, or other indirect expenses.
